  1. Develop and design innovative and engaging training programs that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create appropriate learning solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most effective training methods and delivery platforms.
  4. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective and interactive learning experiences.
  5. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for training initiatives.
  6. Create and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and training technology.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  9. Mentor and coach junior instructional designers to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs are aligned with company policies, procedures, and processes.
  11. Continuously improve and update existing training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  12. Represent the company as a subject matter expert in instructional design at conferences and industry events.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance training offerings.
  14. Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and results.
  15. Uphold and promote company values, standards, and culture in all training materials and interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Corporate Or Aerospace Industry Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Theories.

  • Experience With E-Learning Development Tools And Learning Management Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Designing And Developing Training Programs, Including Addie Model, Scorm, And Ada Compliance.
