- Develop and design innovative and engaging training programs that align with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create appropriate learning solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most effective training methods and delivery platforms.
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective and interactive learning experiences.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for training initiatives.
- Create and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and training technology.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Mentor and coach junior instructional designers to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs are aligned with company policies, procedures, and processes.
- Continuously improve and update existing training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert in instructional design at conferences and industry events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance training offerings.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and results.
- Uphold and promote company values, standards, and culture in all training materials and interactions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Corporate Or Aerospace Industry Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Theories.
Experience With E-Learning Development Tools And Learning Management Systems.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Designing And Developing Training Programs, Including Addie Model, Scorm, And Ada Compliance.
