- Develop and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes for new and existing aircraft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design and production processes are aligned.
- Utilize industrial engineering techniques such as time and motion studies, process flow analysis, and statistical methods to optimize production processes.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies and techniques to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Develop project plans and timelines for process improvement initiatives, and monitor progress and results.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior industrial engineers and other team members.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including management and production teams, to ensure understanding and support for process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for further improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in industrial engineering to continuously improve processes and operations.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards in the design and implementation of manufacturing processes.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Proficient In Industrial Engineering Tools And Software, Such As Autocad, Minitab, And Lean Six Sigma.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
