- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and values.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and new employee orientation.
- Partner with managers to provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, performance management, and career development.
- Provide coaching and training to managers on effective leadership and people management practices.

Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Senior Human Resources Generalist At Boeing Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field. This Ensures That The Individual Has A Solid Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources: Boeing Expects Its Senior Human Resources Generalist To Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Human Resources Field. This Experience Should Include A Broad Range Of Hr Activities, Such As Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Compensation And Benefits.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations: The Senior Human Resources Generalist At Boeing Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Equal Employment Opportunity (Eeo) Laws, Wage And Hour Laws, And Other Relevant Regulations.
