  1. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all facilities, including building structures, equipment, and systems.
  2. Respond promptly to any facility-related emergencies or issues, and take necessary actions to resolve them.
  3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of all facilities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate and oversee facility repair and maintenance projects.
  5. Monitor and manage facility-related expenses and budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and proposing solutions.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in facility operations.
  7. Train and supervise a team of facility maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality work and adherence to established standards.
  8. Keep accurate records and documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in facility maintenance and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Act as a point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and concerns from employees and stakeholders.
