  1. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract top executive talent to fill key positions within the company.
  2. Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs.
  3. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, job postings, and candidate databases, to identify and engage with potential candidates for executive-level roles.
  4. Conduct thorough and objective candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments, to ensure a strong fit with the company's culture and values.
  5. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future executive positions through proactive networking and relationship building.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive recruiting to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  7. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including setting expectations, scheduling interviews, and negotiating job offers.
  8. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce at all levels of the organization.
  10. Track and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and job fairs to promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and share the company's mission, values, and culture with potential candidates.
  13. Mentor and train junior recruiters on best practices in executive recruiting and support their professional development.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Embody and promote the company's core values of integrity, excellence, teamwork, and diversity in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Executive Recruitment: A Senior Executive Recruiter At Boeing Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Executive Recruitment, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
