- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
- Maintain and organize executive calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence for executives.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Anticipate and proactively address the needs of executives to ensure their productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents and presentations for executives.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operation of executive offices.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and organizational changes to effectively support executives.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
- Monitor and manage executive office budget and expenses.
- Supervise and train junior administrative staff.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity while representing the company.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In An Executive Administrative Role, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Aerospace Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communications, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact With High-Level Executives And Stakeholders.
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite, With Advanced Skills In Excel And Powerpoint.
Strong Organizational And Multitasking Abilities, With A Keen Eye For Detail And Ability To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
