Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Designing And Implementing Employee Development Programs.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Ability To Analyze Data And Develop Metrics To Track The Effectiveness Of Employee Development Initiatives.
