  1. Provide expert guidance and support to employees and their families through the Employee Assistance Program.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of employees' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  3. Collaborate with external EAP providers to ensure the highest quality of care for our employees.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on mental health issues and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends.
  5. Facilitate workshops and trainings for employees on topics such as stress management, work-life balance, and mental health awareness.
  6. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all EAP services provided.
  7. Work closely with HR and management to identify and address potential workplace stressors and implement preventative measures.
  8. Serve as a resource for managers and HR in handling sensitive employee situations.
  9. Communicate regularly with employees and their families to provide ongoing support and monitor progress.
  10. Participate in crisis intervention and provide support to employees during emergency situations.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and teams to promote a healthy and supportive work environment.
  12. Act as a liaison between the company and external EAP providers to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of services.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the EAP program to meet the changing needs of our employees.
  14. Mentor and train junior EAP specialists to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, in the provision of EAP services.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Assistance Program Management Or Counseling, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Master's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field.

  • Professional Certification In Employee Assistance, Such As Ceap Or Cadc.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Assistance Programs And Workplace Mental Health.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
