Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Data Management Experience: The Senior Data Management Technical Lead At Boeing Must Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Data Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Complex Data Management Projects.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Sql, Data Modeling, And Data Integration Tools. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Governance And Data Quality Processes.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Lead, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Data Management Professionals. They Should Also Have Experience In Project Management, Including Resource Allocation, Budgeting, And Risk Management.

  • Domain Knowledge: A Solid Understanding Of The Aerospace Industry And Boeing's Business Processes Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Knowledge Of Data Management In A Manufacturing And Engineering Environment, Including Understanding Of Erp Systems, Supply Chain Management, And Product Lifecycle Management.

  • Communication And Collaboration: The Senior Data Management Technical Lead Will Be Required To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, Both Within And Outside Of Boeing.
