Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Sql, Data Modeling, And Data Integration Tools. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Governance And Data Quality Processes.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Lead, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Data Management Professionals.
