- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and analyze potential risks and areas of non-compliance within the organization.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external resources to gather information and evidence.
- Prepare detailed investigative reports and recommendations for corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout the investigation process.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Advise and consult with management on potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement investigative strategies to proactively address potential compliance issues.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct interviews and gather statements from relevant parties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant authorities and external stakeholders.
- Communicate investigation findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and projects related to compliance and ethics.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and ethical standards.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
- Ensure all investigations are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
- Foster a culture of compliance and ethics within the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate investigations and compliance matters.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of investigation processes and procedures.

Extensive Experience In Conducting Corporate Investigations: A Senior Corporate Investigator At Boeing Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Conducting Investigations Related To Corporate Fraud, Misconduct, Or Other Ethical Violations. This Experience Should Include Both Internal And External Investigations.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act And The Sarbanes-Oxley Act. This Knowledge Is Essential In Conducting Thorough And Accurate Investigations That Meet Legal Requirements.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Corporate Investigator Must Be Able To Collect, Analyze, And Interpret Large Amounts Of Data And Information To Identify Patterns And Potential Misconduct. They Should Also Have The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Problems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership, Legal Counsel, And External Agencies. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively, Both Verbally And In Writing, And Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build Rapport And Trust With Individuals From Diverse Backgrounds.
