Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Compensation Practices, Regulations, And Trends.
Experience With Job Evaluation And Market Pricing Methodologies.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Compensation Strategies.
