  1. Conduct analysis and interpretation of data using various business intelligence tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations to support key initiatives.
  3. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate business performance.
  4. Utilize advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support forecasting and decision making.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
  7. Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts on the team.
  9. Collaborate with IT and data management teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  10. Participate in strategic planning discussions and provide insights on how data can drive business growth.
  11. Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities based on data analysis.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business intelligence processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence and provide training and support to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Data Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Including Proficiency In Database Querying And Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Intelligence Concepts: A Senior Business Intelligence Analyst At Boeing Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, And Etl Processes. Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Data Models Is Highly Desired.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Statistical Analysis: Proficiency In Statistical Analysis Techniques, Including Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, And Predictive Modeling, Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience In Using Statistical Software, Such As R Or Sas.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. Strong Presentation Skills And The Ability To Tailor Presentations To Different Audiences Are Essential.

  • Business Acumen: The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Operations And Strategies, As Well As The Ability To Identify And Prioritize Key Business Questions That Can Be Answered Through Data Analysis. Previous Experience Working In The Aerospace Or Aviation Industry Is A Plus.
