Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Structural Design And Analysis.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Faa Regulations And Mil-Hdbk-5.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) And Finite Element Analysis (Fea) Software.
Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
