  1. Conduct research and analysis to ensure the structural integrity and safety of aircraft designs.
  2. Develop and implement testing procedures to evaluate the strength and durability of aircraft structures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify potential design flaws and implement necessary modifications.
  4. Lead design reviews and provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  11. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to address any structural issues during the manufacturing process.
  13. Participate in customer meetings and provide technical expertise on structural integrity and safety.
  14. Assist in the development of budgets and schedules for structural engineering projects.
  15. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during the design and testing processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Structural Design And Analysis.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Faa Regulations And Mil-Hdbk-5.

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) And Finite Element Analysis (Fea) Software.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
