Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Security And Fire Protection: Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Management Role Overseeing Security And Fire Protection Operations, Preferably Within A Large Organization Or Government Agency.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: Proven Ability To Lead A Team, Develop And Implement Strategic Plans, And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Security And Fire Protection Regulations: Familiarity With Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Security And Fire Protection, Including But Not Limited To Faa, Tsa, And Nfpa Guidelines.

  • Technical Expertise In Security And Fire Protection Systems: Comprehensive Understanding Of Security And Fire Protection Systems, Including Access Control, Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, And Fire Suppression Systems.

  • Crisis Management And Emergency Response Experience: Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Emergency Response Plans, Conducting Drills And Exercises, And Effectively Managing Crises And Security Incidents.
