Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Aircraft Fuel System Design And Integration: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Aircraft Fuel Systems, Including Knowledge Of Fuel Tank Construction, Components, And Integration With Other Aircraft Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Faa Regulations And Industry Standards: A Strong Understanding Of Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations And Industry Standards Related To Aircraft Fuel Systems Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Understanding Of Safety Regulations, Material Selection, And Design Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software: As A Sealer For Aircraft Integral Fuel Tank Components, Candidates Should Be Proficient In Using Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software To Create Technical Drawings And Models. This Will Be Necessary For Creating And Modifying Designs For Fuel Tank Components.

  • Attention To Detail And Quality Control: This Position Requires A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail In Order To Ensure That Fuel Tank Components Are Properly Sealed And Meet All Specifications. Candidates Should Have Experience In Quality Control Processes And Be Able To Identify And Address Any Potential Issues.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: As Part Of A Larger Team, The Sealer Will Need To Communicate Effectively With Engineers, Technicians, And Other Team Members To Ensure That All Fuel Tank Components Are Properly Sealed And Integrated.
