  1. Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure successful implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the SAP S/4 system.
  2. Drive process improvements and best practices within the team to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP S/4 related initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP S/4 system.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
  6. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, quickly identifying and implementing solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4 updates and advancements to continuously improve the system.
  8. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to upper management and stakeholders.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  10. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization within the SAP S/4 system.
  11. Work with external vendors and consultants as needed to support the SAP S/4 system.
  12. Represent the company at conferences and industry events to stay informed about the latest IT and SAP developments.
  13. Contribute to the development of long-term IT strategies and plans.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the IT infrastructure to ensure it meets the needs of the business.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Sap S/4Hana Implementation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Sap S/4Hana Projects, With A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Integration Points Within The System.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Large-Scale Projects In A Fast-Paced, Global Environment.

  • Technical Expertise In Sap S/4Hana Modules: The Candidate Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience In Key Modules Of Sap S/4Hana, Such As Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, And Human Resources.

  • Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders, Build Relationships, And Manage Expectations At All Levels Of The Organization.
