Job Description

Participate in the scrum development team as a developer. Engage with Salesforce Team and SMEs to design options and implement solutions that are efficient, scalable, and meet the acceptance criteria leveraging the Salesforce platform using Salesforce best practices. Collaborate with our internal technology and business partners to configure and enhance application integrations with Salesforce. Work with Salesforce Team and key stakeholders to develop and enforce effective data management policies. Produce technical specification and design documentation as required. Develop software verification plans, test procedures, and unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience on Salesforce Lightning Platform designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and

  • Hands on experience defining, implementing data sharing model (custom sharing and sharing calculations)

  • Hands-on experience integrating with other platforms/systems using SOAP/REST/Platform Event based architecture

  • Good understanding and hands on experience: asynchronous apex (Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, Batch Apex, Future Methods)
