- Continuously evaluate and adjust incentive programs to ensure they are driving desired sales behaviors and achieving company sales goals.
- Stay current on company products and services to understand how incentives can be tailored to specific offerings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of sales team structure and individual roles to determine appropriate incentive structures.
- Monitor and track incentive budget to ensure programs are within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify potential roadblocks to achieving sales goals and develop solutions through incentive programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales incentives and provide guidance and support to sales team as needed.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Analysis, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Manufacturing Industry.
Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
