Job Description

As a Sales Incentive Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing incentive programs that motivate and incentivize our sales force to achieve their goals. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about driving sales performance. If you have a strong understanding of sales incentives and a desire to make a significant impact on our sales strategy, we want you on our team!

  1. Design and implement effective sales incentive programs to drive sales performance.
  2. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for maximizing sales incentives.
  3. Collaborate with sales leadership to understand business goals and objectives and align incentive programs accordingly.
  4. Monitor and track sales performance and incentive payouts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  5. Communicate with sales team to promote and explain incentive programs and motivate participation.
  6. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices for sales incentives.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of current incentive programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Work cross-functionally with other departments such as finance and HR to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Create reports and presentations to communicate incentive program results and recommendations to senior management.
  10. Continuously evaluate and adjust incentive programs to ensure they are driving desired sales behaviors and achieving company sales goals.
  11. Stay current on company products and services to understand how incentives can be tailored to specific offerings.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of sales team structure and individual roles to determine appropriate incentive structures.
  13. Monitor and track incentive budget to ensure programs are within budget constraints.
  14. Collaborate with sales team to identify potential roadblocks to achieving sales goals and develop solutions through incentive programs.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on sales incentives and provide guidance and support to sales team as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Analysis, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Manufacturing Industry.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
