- Monitor and track the effectiveness of incentive programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the aerospace and aviation industry to inform incentive program strategies.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in incentive program data, ensuring accurate and timely payouts for the sales team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new sales strategies and initiatives to drive performance and increase sales revenue.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales incentives, providing guidance and support to the sales team and leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust incentive programs to ensure they remain competitive and effective in motivating the sales team.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and incentive data.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Sales Analysis, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
