  1. Develop and design sales incentive programs for the sales team based on company objectives and sales targets.
  2. Analyze sales data and performance to identify trends and opportunities for incentive program optimization.
  3. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure incentive programs align with business goals and budget.
  4. Monitor and track the effectiveness of incentive programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Conduct research on industry best practices and trends in sales incentives to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
  6. Communicate incentive program details and updates to the sales team, ensuring a clear understanding of program guidelines and objectives.
  7. Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in regards to incentive programs.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to gather data and insights to inform incentive program design.
  9. Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the aerospace and aviation industry to inform incentive program strategies.
  10. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in incentive program data, ensuring accurate and timely payouts for the sales team.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of new sales strategies and initiatives to drive performance and increase sales revenue.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on sales incentives, providing guidance and support to the sales team and leadership.
  13. Continuously evaluate and adjust incentive programs to ensure they remain competitive and effective in motivating the sales team.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and incentive data.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
