  1. Develop and implement Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) strategies to optimize the performance and safety of Boeing's aircrafts.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of maintenance data and identify potential areas for improvement to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance plans based on RCM principles.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance procedures and make recommendations for updates or changes as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in RCM methodologies to continuously improve maintenance practices.
  6. Use analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot potential maintenance issues and provide solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  7. Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to RCM activities, including maintenance plans, procedures, and findings.
  8. Communicate with stakeholders, such as engineers, technicians, and managers, to provide updates, recommendations, and training on RCM principles and practices.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the reliability and availability of necessary parts and equipment for maintenance.
  10. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing RCM activities to ensure the safety of personnel and aircrafts.
  11. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for RCM.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, Or Industrial Technology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Reliability Engineering Or Maintenance Analysis In The Aviation Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Reliability Centred Maintenance (Rcm) Principles And Techniques, Including Failure Mode And Effects Analysis (Fmea) And Root Cause Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Using Maintenance Software And Tools, Such As Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Cmms) And Reliability-Centered Maintenance Software (Rcm).

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Prioritize Maintenance Issues And Develop Effective Solutions.
