- Conduct thorough analysis of maintenance data and identify potential areas for improvement to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance plans based on RCM principles.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, Or Industrial Technology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Reliability Engineering Or Maintenance Analysis In The Aviation Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Reliability Centred Maintenance (Rcm) Principles And Techniques, Including Failure Mode And Effects Analysis (Fmea) And Root Cause Analysis.
Proficiency In Using Maintenance Software And Tools, Such As Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Cmms) And Reliability-Centered Maintenance Software (Rcm).
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Prioritize Maintenance Issues And Develop Effective Solutions.
