  1. Conduct quality assurance tests and inspections on Boeing products to ensure they meet safety and reliability standards.
  2. Collaborate with design and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  3. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to improve product quality and efficiency.
  4. Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality control process.
  5. Communicate quality concerns and recommendations to management and other relevant stakeholders.
  6. Conduct audits of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure they meet Boeing's quality standards.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in quality engineering.
  8. Train and mentor other team members on quality control processes and procedures.
  9. Participate in the development and testing of new products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the aerospace industry.
  12. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on product quality.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for any quality-related inquiries or concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all quality control processes and procedures.
  15. Adhere to Boeing's ethical standards and promote a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As As9100 And Faa Regulations

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Processes And Tools, Such As Six Sigma And Statistical Process Control
