  1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures for aerospace engineering processes and products.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections and audits of aircraft components, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  3. Analyze data and identify trends to proactively address potential quality issues and recommend improvements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product development lifecycle.
  6. Monitor and track quality metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of quality initiatives.
  7. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality incidents and non-conformances.
  8. Stay current with industry standards and regulations related to aerospace engineering and ensure compliance.
  9. Mentor and train junior engineers on quality processes and procedures.
  10. Continuously strive for process improvement and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency.
  11. Communicate and work closely with suppliers to ensure their products and processes meet quality requirements.
  12. Act as a liaison between engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of quality processes.
  13. Monitor and maintain all necessary documentation and records related to quality assurance.
  14. Participate in quality audits and certifications to demonstrate compliance with industry standards.
  15. Act as a representative of Boeing in customer and regulatory agency audits and inspections.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Engineering

  • Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100

  • Proficiency In Using Quality Tools And Techniques, Such As Root Cause Analysis And Statistical Process Control

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
