Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Engineering Roles, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Position

Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Complex And Large-Scale Projects Within Budget And On Schedule
