Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Engineering Roles, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Position

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Aircraft Design And Development Processes

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Complex And Large-Scale Projects Within Budget And On Schedule

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
