  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for production employees, providing support and guidance on training and development initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative training solutions that align with company goals and values.
  12. Continuously seek out and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the training experience and improve overall results.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of training programs and employee progress.
  14. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations while conducting training activities.
  15. Act as a champion for a culture of continuous learning and development within the production department.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Or Production Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Production Training And/Or Process Improvement In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret And Present Data To Inform Training Strategies And Process Improvements.

  • Knowledge Of Production Systems And Processes, Including Lean And Six Sigma Methodologies, To Identify Areas For Training And Process Optimization.
