  1. Oversee Production Process: Monitor and manage the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality standards are met.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with other departments such as Design, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to coordinate and streamline production processes.
  3. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  4. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all production activities.
  5. Manage Production Team: Lead and develop a team of production engineers and technicians to achieve department goals and objectives.
  6. Develop and Implement Production Plans: Work with upper management to develop and implement production plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  7. Monitor Production Budget: Monitor and manage the production budget to ensure expenses are within allocated resources.
  8. Ensure Timely Delivery: Track and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  9. Troubleshoot Production Issues: Identify and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize disruptions and delays.
  10. Stay Current with Industry Developments: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
  11. Mentor and Train Team Members: Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  12. Foster a Positive Work Environment: Promote a positive work culture that values teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  13. Represent the Company: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and network with potential clients and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Production Engineering Or A Similar Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Procedures, Especially In The Aerospace Industry
