Experience With Precision Assembly Techniques: A Qualified Candidate Should Have Experience With Precision Assembly Techniques, Such As Torqueing, Measuring, And Aligning Parts, In Order To Ensure The Accuracy And Quality Of The Final Product.
Knowledge Of Aerospace Materials And Processes: Precision Assemblers And Surface Finish Technicians At Boeing Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Aerospace Materials And Processes, Including Composites, Metals, And Coatings, In Order To Properly Assemble And Finish Aircraft Components.
Proficiency With Hand And Power Tools: The Job Involves Using A Variety Of Hand And Power Tools To Perform Tasks Such As Drilling, Sanding, And Grinding. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Comfortable Using These Tools And Have Good Manual Dexterity.
