- Operate and maintain power generation systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Monitor power plant equipment and systems for any abnormalities and take corrective action as needed.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on power plant equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and system issues, and make necessary repairs.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain accurate records of power plant operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and support production goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to power plant operations.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to report any issues, concerns, or suggestions for improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and security.
- Complete required training and certifications to maintain technical expertise and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Follow all environmental regulations and guidelines to minimize the impact of power plant operations.
- Represent Boeing and its values in a professional manner at all times.
Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Completion Of A Recognized Apprenticeship Program Or Technical/Vocational Training In Power Plant Operations.
Previous Experience In Operating And Maintaining Power Plant Equipment, Preferably In An Industrial Or Manufacturing Setting.
Knowledge Of Basic Electrical And Mechanical Principles, As Well As Understanding Of Power Plant Systems And Processes.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment, With Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills.
