- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and policies.

- Collaborate with other HR managers across the company to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR processes.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities to attract top talent.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment that encourages employee growth and development.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with the company's values and goals.
- Act as a role model and champion of the company's culture, values, and mission.
- Embrace and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the HR team and the company as a whole.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Operations, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.
