
Part 21 Electrical/Avionics Engineer (EASA Modifications)

- Conduct research and analysis to identify EASA regulations and requirements for aircraft modifications.
- Design and develop electrical and avionics systems in compliance with EASA regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of modifications into aircraft systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and verification of modifications to ensure safety and functionality.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for EASA certification and approval.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other engineers and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in EASA regulations.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with electrical and avionics systems, and propose solutions.
- Participate in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies to discuss modifications and ensure compliance.
- Continuously improve and optimize processes for more efficient and effective modifications.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all modifications and related activities.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and any potential issues.
- Conduct training and mentorship for junior engineers and new team members.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, regulatory agencies, and industry partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Avionics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Avionics And Electrical Engineering, With A Focus On Easa Modifications.
In-Depth Understanding Of Easa Regulations And Requirements For Aircraft Modifications.
Proficient In Using Industry Standard Tools And Software For Avionics Design And Analysis.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Teams For Successful Completion Of Modifications Within Tight Timelines.
