  1. Perform spray painting on various aircraft parts and assemblies according to company standards and specifications.
  2. Ensure the quality and appearance of the aircraft by consistently producing high-quality paint finishes.
  3. Understand and follow all safety protocols and procedures while working with harmful chemicals and equipment.
  4. Collaborate with team members to efficiently and effectively complete painting tasks and meet production deadlines.
  5. Maintain and clean all painting equipment and work area to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  6. Conduct inspections and perform touch-ups as needed to ensure a flawless finish.
  7. Monitor and report any defects or issues in the painting process to the supervisor.
  8. Keep up-to-date with new painting techniques and materials in the aerospace industry.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and follow proper documentation and record-keeping processes.
  10. Possess a strong understanding of aerospace materials and processes to accurately select and mix paints and coatings.
  11. Follow all environmental regulations and guidelines while handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients regarding the painting process.
  13. Attend training and development programs as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and its values.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Painting Large Aircraft Components: A Qualified Painter Spray-Major Assemblies Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Painting Major Assemblies For Commercial Or Military Aircraft. This Includes Fuselage Sections, Wings, And Other Major Structural Components.

  • Knowledge Of Painting Techniques And Materials: A Strong Understanding Of Different Painting Techniques And Materials Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Paint Types, Spray Guns, And Masking Techniques To Achieve High-Quality Results.

  • Attention To Detail: A Painter Spray-Major Assemblies Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That All Painted Surfaces Meet Boeing's Strict Quality Standards. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Correct Any Imperfections In The Paint Job.
