  1. Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  2. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them to the appropriate parties.
  4. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  5. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  6. Monitor and order office supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed.
  7. Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documents and setting up workstations.
  8. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute company events and functions.
  10. Maintain office budget and track expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  11. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or requests.
  12. Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
  13. Continuously improve office processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  14. Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  15. Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and external contacts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Office Administration Or Related Role

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And Handle Confidential Information With Discretion.
