  1. Conduct regular health evaluations and assessments for employees, including physical examinations, health risk assessments, and medical surveillance.
  2. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local and federal regulations.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential occupational health hazards.
  4. Provide medical expertise and guidance to management and employees on health and safety matters.
  5. Manage and maintain accurate medical records and reports for all employees.
  6. Educate and train employees on occupational health and safety best practices.
  7. Monitor and track employee illness and injury data, and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in occupational health.
  9. Coordinate and oversee employee health and wellness programs.
  10. Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure proper and timely medical care for employees.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding health and safety concerns.
  12. Participate in incident investigations and provide medical expertise and recommendations.
  13. Network and build relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations to enhance occupational health services and resources.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve occupational health processes and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: A Candidate For An Occupational Health Physician Position At Boeing Should Possess A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution. This Degree Will Provide The Necessary Medical Knowledge And Skills To Assess And Manage Employee Health Concerns.

  • Board Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Board Certified In Occupational Medicine Or A Related Specialty. This Certification Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise In The Field And Ensures That The Physician Is Up-To-Date With The Latest Developments In Occupational Health.

  • Experience In Occupational Health: Boeing Requires Candidates To Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Occupational Health. This Experience Should Include Conducting Medical Evaluations, Managing Work-Related Injuries And Illnesses, And Implementing Health And Safety Programs In A Corporate Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: As A Global Company, Boeing Must Comply With Various Local, State, And Federal Regulations Related To Occupational Health. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Regulations And Be Able To Ensure Compliance Within The Company.
