  1. Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of all employees.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
  3. Provide training and support to employees on safety procedures and practices.
  4. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices for occupational health and safety.
  6. Conduct investigations and audits to identify potential safety issues and recommend corrective actions.
  7. Develop and maintain safety manuals, policies, and procedures.
  8. Communicate safety information and updates to employees and management.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Act as a resource for employees on safety-related concerns and questions.
  11. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to occupational health and safety.
  12. Participate in safety committees and meetings to discuss and address safety concerns.
  13. Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement return-to-work programs for employees with work-related injuries.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to occupational health and safety.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in safety practices and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety Or A Related Field.

  • Certification In Occupational Health And Safety (E.g. Certified Safety Professional).

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Occupational Health And Safety, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Osha Regulations And Industry Standards For Workplace Safety.

  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, And Analytical Skills To Develop And Implement Effective Safety Programs And Policies.
