  4. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions to technical challenges.

  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in .Net technologies, and apply them to improve existing processes and systems.
  7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  8. Work with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and timelines.
  9. Continuously learn and enhance programming skills to meet the evolving needs of the company.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  11. Mentor and train junior programmers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and any potential roadblocks.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of software applications.
  14. Maintain documentation for developed software, including technical specifications, user guides, and release notes.
  15. Follow agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In .Net Framework: A Strong Understanding And Experience With The .Net Framework Is Essential For A Full Stack Programmer At Boeing. This Includes Knowledge Of Asp.net, C#, And Other Related Technologies.

  • Front-End Development Skills: Candidates Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Front-End Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript. They Should Also Have Experience With Popular Front-End Frameworks Such As Angular Or React.

  • Back-End Development Experience: Boeing Is Looking For Candidates With Experience In Developing And Maintaining Server-Side Applications Using Technologies Such As Sql, Rest Apis, And Entity Framework.

  • Familiarity With Agile Methodologies: Boeing Follows Agile Methodologies For Software Development, And Candidates Should Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Tools Such As Jira, Confluence, And Scrum.
