  1. Conduct non-destructive testing techniques on aircraft components and materials to ensure their safety and reliability.
  2. Perform visual, ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant inspections according to industry standards.
  3. Identify and document any defects or anomalies found during testing.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement testing procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all testing activities.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate equipment for proper functioning and report any malfunctions.
  8. Participate in training and development programs to maintain and improve technical skills.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding testing results, concerns, and recommendations.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge And Experience With Non-Destructive Testing Techniques: The Ndt Technician Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Ndt Methods Such As Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, And Radiographic Testing.

  • Certification In Ndt: A Valid Certification From A Recognized Authority, Such As The American Society For Nondestructive Testing, Is A Must For This Position.

  • Experience In Aerospace Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In An Aerospace Or Aviation Manufacturing Environment.

  • Attention To Detail: The Ndt Technician Must Be Meticulous And Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Accurately Detect And Report Any Defects Or Irregularities In The Materials Or Components Being Tested.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Job Requires The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data, So The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Proficient In Using Various Ndt Equipment And Software.
