- Conduct testing and evaluation of cutting-edge Mission Systems on Flying Test Bed aircraft.
- Collaborate with a dynamic and innovative team to push the boundaries of aerospace technology.
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures for Mission Systems on the Flying Test Bed.
- Analyze and interpret test data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Monitor and track progress of Mission Systems testing and report findings to project leaders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during testing.
- Ensure all testing is conducted in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input for improvements to Mission Systems.
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new technologies into testing processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on testing methods and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of engineering standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure seamless integration of Mission Systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing.
- Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Or A Related Field
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Related Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Flight Test Procedures And Aircraft Systems
Experience With Data Acquisition And Analysis Tools, Such As Labview Or Matlab
Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Security Clearance, As The Role May Involve Working With Classified Information.
