- Train and mentor junior quality team members on quality systems and processes.
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Participate in new product development and review processes to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Provide support during customer and regulatory audits, addressing any findings and implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Continuously review and improve quality systems and processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Quality Management In The Aerospace Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Iso 9001 And As9100 Quality Management Systems.
Experience In Conducting Audits And Implementing Corrective Actions To Ensure Compliance With Quality Standards.
