- Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for improvement to prevent workplace injuries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement safety initiatives.
- Analyze data and provide reports to management on safety performance and trends.
- Respond to safety concerns and inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on occupational health and safety matters and provide guidance to management and employees.
- Continuously identify and implement ways to improve the company's safety culture and promote a safe work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Safety Regulations And Standards, Such As Osha And Epa.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Safety Procedures.
Certification In Occupational Health And Safety, Such As Csp (Certified Safety Professional) Or Cih (Certified Industrial Hygienist), Is Preferred.
