  1. Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) on aircraft components using various methods such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant testing.
  2. Perform visual inspections and interpret test results to determine the quality and integrity of aircraft components.
  3. Create detailed reports of test results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Ensure all NDT procedures are followed according to industry standards and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any quality issues.
  6. Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  7. Continuously identify areas for improvement in NDT processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Stay updated with the latest NDT techniques and technologies to improve testing methods.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while conducting NDT tests.
  10. Train and mentor junior NDT technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
  11. Collaborate with other quality control departments to ensure overall product quality.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all NDT tests and procedures.
  13. Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve overall product quality.
  14. Comply with company policies and regulations at all times.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Non-Destructive Testing (Ndt) Techniques, Such As Ultrasonic, Radiographic, Magnetic Particle, And Liquid Penetrant Testing.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Physics, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Ndt Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Asnt Snt-Tc-1A, Nas-410, And Astm E1444.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Control And Assurance Principles, Including Statistical Process Control And Root Cause Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues.
