- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Recruitment, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, Global Organization With Complex Hr Policies And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Work Collaboratively With Diverse Teams.
