  1. Conduct environmental assessments and risk analyses to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Develop and implement environmental management systems to minimize environmental impact and improve sustainability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate environmental considerations into product design and development processes.
  4. Monitor and track environmental performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  5. Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to reduce energy consumption, waste generation, and other environmental impacts.
  6. Stay up-to-date on relevant environmental laws and regulations, and ensure company's compliance.
  7. Conduct environmental training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of environmental responsibility.
  8. Work closely with government agencies and other stakeholders to address any environmental concerns or issues.
  9. Participate in environmental audits and inspections, and develop corrective action plans as needed.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance environmental performance.
  11. Communicate and present environmental initiatives and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Represent the company in environmental forums and conferences to stay informed about industry best practices and new developments.
  13. Mentor and train junior environmental engineers and technicians.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with environmental requirements.
  15. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing environmental engineering tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Their Implications For Boeing's Operations

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing Environmental Projects, Including Conducting Environmental Assessments And Implementing Remediation Measures

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Environmental Concepts To Stakeholders At All Levels.
