- Develop and maintain integrated schedules for customer support operations within the CS&CC division.
- Analyze and evaluate project plans to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data and identify potential scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify delays or issues, and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Utilize scheduling software and tools to create comprehensive project plans and timelines.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Conduct regular reviews of project schedules to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Continuously improve and streamline scheduling processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members and act as a subject matter expert in integrated planning and scheduling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integrated planning and scheduling to ensure Boeing remains a leader in the aerospace industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Integrated Planning And Scheduling, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Knowledge And Experience With Scheduling Tools Such As Primavera P6 And Microsoft Project.
Understanding Of Critical Path Analysis And Earned Value Management Principles.
Strong Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
