Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct microelectronics research and development projects for the aerospace industry.

Advanced Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field: A Microelectronics R&D Investigator At Boeing Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, With A Focus On Microelectronics. A Ph.d. In A Related Field Would Be Preferred.
Strong Knowledge Of Microelectronics Design And Fabrication Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Microelectronics Design And Fabrication Processes, Including Semiconductor Materials, Lithography, Etching, Packaging, And Testing.
Experience With Microelectronics Research And Development: Candidates Should Have Several Years Of Experience Working In A Research And Development Environment, Preferably In The Field Of Microelectronics. This Should Include Hands-On Experience With Design, Fabrication, And Testing Of Microelectronic Components.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: A Microelectronics R&D Investigator Should Be Well-Versed In Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Microelectronics, Such As Iso 9001 And Mil-Std-883. Familiarity With Safety And Quality Control Protocols Is Also Important.
