  1. Develop and implement manufacturing plans to meet production goals and customer requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  3. Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements.
  4. Monitor production progress and take corrective actions as needed to meet deadlines.
  5. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
  6. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to coordinate materials and resources for production.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate production status and performance.
  8. Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may impact production.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production plans, schedules, and materials.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on production processes and procedures.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall company success.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Production Planning And Scheduling In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Production Setting.

  • Proficiency In Using Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Systems.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Optimize Production Processes.
