Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Workforce Planning And Development Within A Manufacturing Environment
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools, Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Sql
Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Lean Principles
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization
