  1. Analyze workforce planning data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and maintain workforce planning models and tools to support decision making.

  4. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workforce planning processes.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to workforce planning and development.

  8. Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

  10. Provide support and guidance to management on workforce planning strategies and initiatives.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of workforce planning data.
  12. Identify potential risks and issues in workforce planning and develop contingency plans.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to workforce planning and development.
  14. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and regulations related to workforce planning.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Workforce Planning And Development Within A Manufacturing Environment

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools, Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Sql

  • Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Lean Principles

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization
