- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Verify and validate the functionality and quality of production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing processes.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Train production team members on new processes and equipment.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with suppliers to source and procure necessary materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
- Support the development and execution of production schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and design engineering, to ensure smooth production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all company safety protocols.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.
Proficient In Cad Software And Experience With 3D Modeling And Design.
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Principles, Including Lean Manufacturing And Six Sigma.
Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As As9100 And Faa Requirements.
