  10. Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary materials and equipment.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and clients to provide updates and report any issues or concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Industrial, Or Aerospace Engineering

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry

  • Proficiency In Cad/Cam Software And Knowledge Of Assembly Processes And Techniques

  • Understanding Of Quality Control And Inspection Procedures

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Identify Root Causes Of Production Issues.
