  1. Develop and implement efficient and effective assembly and installation processes for aircraft components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review and provide feedback on new aircraft designs, identifying potential manufacturing challenges and proposing solutions.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections of assembly and installation processes to ensure quality standards are met and make necessary improvements.
  4. Train and mentor production staff on proper assembly and installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
  5. Analyze manufacturing data and identify areas for improvement in productivity, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in assembly and installation processes, incorporating new technology and techniques into manufacturing operations.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions for assembly and installation processes.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues related to assembly and installation.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing equipment and tooling, ensuring they meet safety and efficiency standards.
  10. Communicate regularly with management and other team members to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Assembly And Installation Processes In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Assembly Techniques, Materials, And Equipment.

  • Proficiency In Cad/Cam Software And Experience With 3D Modeling And Simulation.

  • Familiarity With Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
