  1. Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on production machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with production equipment, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  3. Utilize precision tools and equipment to inspect, adjust, and repair machine components.
  4. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities to track equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring equipment issues.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technology to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
  8. Assist in the installation and set-up of new equipment, ensuring proper functioning and integration with existing systems.
  9. Train and mentor junior mechanics on equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to report on equipment status, maintenance activities, and potential issues.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations, to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
