  1. Develop and implement quality control processes for low observable processes in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Monitor and analyze data from production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of low observable processes into aircraft production.
  4. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential risks.
  5. Train and educate team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
  6. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials and components are being used in production.
  7. Investigate and resolve any quality issues or non-conformances in a timely manner.
  8. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in low observable technology to continuously improve processes.
  9. Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control processes and results.
  10. Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis activities to identify and address any quality issues.
  11. Collaborate with engineering teams to review and approve design changes and ensure they meet quality standards.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of new low observable processes and technologies.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  14. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of quality control processes.
  15. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field With A Focus On Low Observable (Lo) Technologies.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Lo Principles And Design Concepts, Including Experience With Radar Cross Section (Rcs) Reduction Techniques.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Lo Processes And Procedures To Ensure Compliance With Industry Regulations And Standards.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues Related To Lo Performance And Quality.
